Applications:

• Overactive Bladder (OAB): Treats urinary frequency, urgency, and incontinence.

Side Effects:

• Common: Dry mouth (35% of users), constipation, blurred vision, headache.

• Serious (Rare):

  • QT prolongation (caution in heart disease).

  • Angioedema (swelling of face/throat).

  • Urinary retention (risk in prostate enlargement).
